One to Watch: RAIN FALLS ON EVERYONE by Clár Ní Chonghaile

Clár Ní Chonghaile follows up her debut novel, FRACTURED, with the Dublin-set RAIN FALLS ON EVERYONE (Legend Press). Quoth the blurb elves:
