It's as painless as ordering from Amazon, except for the extra postage and all the time it takes to get here.Richard L. I'm not saying you've an axe to grind with the story, but that setting gives it a heft and depth you don't often get.

Ray - As I understand it, McKinty has pretty much disowned 'Oranges' as a 'failed experiment' of a first novel, in part because it is / was a couple of novellas spliced together. As far as I know, Dead I Well May Be is considered his first novel proper.

Cheers, DecDeclan Burkehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14322645323239292406noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4938060587020568315.post-32065781331700720102012-01-22T14:08:00.661+00:002012-01-22T14:08:00.661+00:00I may be wrong, but McKinty's first novels is ...I may be wrong, but McKinty's first novels is Orange Rhymes With Everything, not DEAD I WELL MAY BE.Ray Garratyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00771800826581349483noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4938060587020568315.post-43629937642997389322012-01-22T10:53:44.434+00:002012-01-22T10:53:44.434+00:00Dec

If there's more to it than that its just a side effect.

Cheers,

Aadrian mckintyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03349942973907386269noreply@blogger.com
